Job Title: Traffic Coordinator
Job Description: • Manage on-air radio traffic sponsorship schedules, including: o Input/verify all sales orders, revisions and cancellations o Schedule orders o Manage owned inventory to achieve effective utilization including bonus spots and “make goods.” o Post log orders to allow the timely generation of invoices and affidavits with Billing o Send weekly program logs to stations • Create close working relationships with internal staff (account execs, sales managers, billing, etc.) and external clients (station traffic managers) • Manage copy for each order in coordination with Continuity Coordinator • Provide reports • Develop a clear understanding of radio & online sales and revenue processes regarding the financial impact on the company of the traffic coordination process • Other related duties, as required

Job Requirements: • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of trafficking software is a plus. • Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively relate to radio, sales and account managers and internal departments such as Media Resources and Billing. • Must be a team player, capable of handling multiple tasks with strict attention to detail.
Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but a high school diploma with applicable working experience is acceptable.
