| Job Description: |
Work with programming to maximize integration with on-air and online products.
Work with sales to identify relevant events and features for websites.
Work with the Market Manager to identify available inventory and tout new features.
Daily/weekly/monthly tracking to find unique visitors, page views, and progress of the station sites vs. baselines set by the company.
Physically maintain sites with daily updates.
Prepare necessary graphics/files for sites.
Search and be proactive in the development of content for each website.
Enter and update site content.
Assists in scheduling ads on site and programs.
Stream monitoring for quality, ad placement, etc.
Assist station personnel with maintaining various elements on sites (promotions calendar, personality pages, etc.).
Back up all sites during vacation and absence.

| Job Requirements: |
Excellent time management and leadership skills. Extensive computer skills including but not limited to working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to handle stress and related pressures. Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work with little or no supervision. |
| Education Requirements: |
College Degree preferred.
Two years website management or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
