This high performance leader is responsible for driving digital revenue by initiating compelling integrated media campaigns that engage and connect advertiser’s needs with consumers. This person will be expected to have the talent to coach, engage and creatively motivate an extremely fast paced sales department. Integrated Media programs incorporate Clear Channel’s digital, mobile, radio and promotional assets together into customized campaigns for advertisers. Integrated Media is a sales division of Clear Channel Radio.
Integrated Media Sales Manager -
Responsibilities: To meet and exceed online revenue goals.
Expectations: Build creative integrated media presentations and campaigns for advertisers that connect and engage consumers through various Clear Channel media assets including radio, online, mobile and promotional opportunities.
Leadership, creativity and strong coaching abilities needed to motivate and train sellers that are not direct reports in achieving specific Integrated Media budgets.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills required to work through radio sales managers and other department heads to achieve goals.
Must have the ability to influence, persuade and clearly communicate both in writing and verbally.
Possess a clear understanding of Clear Channel’s radio stations, websites and promotional assets.
